The District of Pineapples and Durian

Sipitang and Sindumin are famous for their pineapple and durian particularly during the fruiting season, but there are also other local fruits available like langsat, duku, mangis, mata kucing, water melon, honey melon that grow well in the area. If you visit on Wednesday and Thursday it is the Tamu Sipitang or the local flea market that sells all sorts of things but more local produce. It is just along the road side in the town area.
